Federal authorisation and domains

Since 1 January 2025, only companies authorised by the SPA may operate nationally under the administrative framework. Each authorisation may cover up to three brands, and federally authorised consumer sites use the .bet.br namespace.

Administrative register coverage

The current downloadable workbook contains 82 unique company CNPJs, 188 brand rows and 185 defined domains. Atlas imports every brand row and keeps the three source entries whose domain is still marked as pending.

Operations under court orders

The SPA publishes these separately from administrative authorisations. The current judicial file contains 2 companies and 6 brand-domain rows; Atlas preserves that distinction instead of merging both legal bases into one licensed total.

Product-level evidence boundary

The company workbook identifies legal entity, CNPJ, brand, domain, request and authorisation, but it does not state a sportsbook, casino or poker product mix for each brand. Atlas therefore does not infer brand-level products from this file.
